Painted top of the house with sage green exterior masonry paint. Within two years, the green started to “bleed” It seemed the green pigmentation, separated from the paint and it look awful.
Sandtex did not want to comment on this problem and said it was my fault.
Yes right, they did not know, or more to the point did not want to know!
I will not be using Sandtex paints again, nor recommend it to anybody else for that matter.
Go for the Dulux range of exterior paints, I did on my porch columns, still as good as when they were painted and they were done at the same time as my walls on the same western side.
