We had a wateraccident and had to replace some wallpaper. But the paper was out of stock everywhere in the world. Only this shop in Great Britain offered the wallpaper we needed. So we ordered and within a couple of days it arrived in Holland.

We are very happy that we could solve our problem with the cooperation of 118Wallpaper. top shop to do business with and fast delivery outside the UK.

Ordered paper on Sunday recived it by Thursday. Very quick service plus saved £100 plus buy using 118.

Admittedly I made a mistake in my order from 118Wallpaper which cost me close to £100. When I turned to 118Wallpaper for at least a sympathetic ear, all I got back from one of the directors of the company was an email which effectively said tough "you made the mistake".

Would certainly not recommend these guys and would never consider using them again.

I ordered 9 rolls of wallpaper and omce the decorator hang them I discovered they were all faulty. Unfortunately the decorator did not stop his work, so I could not ask for a compensation . All the same, I did not espect to receive a faulty item! I would not recommend this web site to a friend.

I ordered 8 rolls of wallpaper from 118 wallpaper and had to wait for delivery as it was in production.

The paper arrived and my decorator discovered that the pattern on one the rolls was faulty.

I telephoned 118 wallpaper and they asked for me to return the faulty roll for a refund. I have returned this on three occasions twice he has told me they had not received it and the third time at a cost of £9.00 i had the parcel recorded.

Guess. the postman could not get an answer and my parcel sits in the local post office- they have a card informing them of this, but they will not, come hell or high water address customer complaints.

I am now going to complain to Sirrpi the manufactures and make them aware of the policy adopted by this francise

Ordered for a friend,phoned to see if in stock, ordered, arrived next day, well packed, no damage to the edges of the paper. I will recommend this company and order from them myself.

My friend saved £43.65 which for an OAP is a lot of money, she was so happy with the paper, and could not get over how quickly it had been sent.

I phoned 118wallpaper.co.uk and spoke to an advisor to see if they stocked the wallpaper I needed. I needed a specific type and batch number for the next day (the wallpaper I needed was no longer stocked by a large department store who had told me they could always get wallpaper they sold historically.

118wallpaper.co.uk checked and they had the wallpaper from the supplier but would have to see if they could find the batch and would put a note on the order to make sure they had the batch number. I made the purchase and the next the wallpaper and the exact batch I needed were delivered at the standard delivery rate they charge.

They were also £10 cheaper per roll than what I bought them for. I would highly recommend them.
