I recently needed a solution to synchronize my Outlook data (only e-mails and contacts, not using the other Outlook stuff) between my laptop and my desktop computer. So far it's always been chaos and problem when I was on the road, so I tried Easy2Sync for Outlook to fix this. One reason for this was that (unlike other programs) it doesn't use the third-party server. (I'm quite picky about the security of my data.) The program was quite easy to set up, mostly clicking on "Next". It was quite a few dialogs that it can display during the sync, but I turned off most of them because I wanted to sync to run automatically. The first sync took quite some time (half an hour or so), but the next syncs were much faster (usually less than a minute). After the sync the data was the same on both computers. While traveling I got some new mails and answered others and was curious if the program would sort it out correctly back home. And it did. Very nice. This will help me a lot with my e-mails.
