I studied for my CIPD through ICS Learn and it was generally good - the tutors are knowledgeable and helpful, and would often reply quickly to any queries. I had some weekend courses included in my course which were based in central London, and I felt these could have been reduced in time as 9-5 Saturday and Sunday after working all week was hard going. My issue with ICS occurred after I finished my course, as they took 6 months to send my results to CIPD, blaming a ‘processing error’. They only admitted to this once I had contacted CIPD to ask why this was taking so long, having previously told me that it had all been sent off. For this reason I wouldn’t use them again nor recommend.
