I would normally not take the time to write a review, however following a call to the home emergency number this morning I feel I should warn people of their scheme.
It appears that the home emergency number, does not cover a leak in a roof! I awoke this morning 5.30 to a drip coming from my bedroom ceiling and called the home emergency number as it states cover up to £500 for home emergencies. Only to be told that they only cover plumbing leaks and roofs are not covered.
Well if a leak in a roof is not an emergency I dont know what is!
Avoid this company as they do not point this out, and are very happy to tell you that this type of cover was removed from their policy!!
What is the point in their home emergency number then!!!
What an absolute joke!!
