My partner and I have just bought our first home together, whilst we were looking for home insurance Home protect came up one of the cheapest. After a lot of tooing and froing we decided this company was the better option so signed up. A week later we recieve a letter saying that I needed to provide proof off adresses for that adddress oviously I did have that having only just bought the property. I called the help line who helped me, it was a mistake on our behalf that was all sorted and no more panicking that we had to try to get bills or change driving licences before the 30 days was up. The customer serbices team were amazing. I would fully recommend this company.
