when renewing your policy they quickly say needs additional cover but don't say you wish to buy it and after lengthy conversation you have forgotten when you come to claim say your not covered for that item say will look at conversation will not let you hear conversation but pick out the one item when speaking to them they are rude and very overpriced ,after cancelling got a lot more cover for £226 cheaper would not recommend asked if they knew what certain cover means THEY SAID NO can see why they only have a 1.3 rating over priced and staff not trained properly must read off a card
