Do not touch this with a barge pole - totally useless from the engineers who come to try and repair top the 'customer service' team (in the loosest sense of the word) on the phones. You can never get though, you get cut off, they bounce you between areas, no one has the power or the brain cells to makes a decision or provide service. It took 6 months to get some sort of resolution but its 6 months i will never get back. AVOID
