Avoid at your own risk.Poor customer service and pain strikingly slow at resolving issues.
My policy was on a no auto renewal yet they still renewed, tried to access my credit card without consent and then tried to bill me £60.00 for there error when the credit card company declined payment????
Lots of fanying around later and threatening letters i have to send proof of a new provider to them?? to a postal address? have they not heard of email?
Biggest bunch of idiots and money grabbing fleecers i have had to deal with for a while.
Avoid is my recommendation !
