B and B acted like a criminal fraudulent bunch of misers (this word was originally a word starting in shy and ending in sters but this was flagged as inappropriate!!). They are morally bankrupt. I made a claim for a lost bike and noticed that another bike was omitted from the policy. It was apparently f'free' to add a new bike but incurred a nominal 20 pound admin fee. I added the bike but the dd came from a bank account I do not use and so they were unable to draw the admin fee for the change. Although I had 6 months to run on the policy they cancelled the policy and refused to refund the balance for the remaining 6 months due to the claim for the stolen bike. They kept sending me letters saying they would refund the balance but this is not true and when I called to suggest they revise the wording of these letters they were dismissive and abusive and said the letters had been cleared with the FSA. They are not interested in making improvements to their customer service. I will not be giving them any more of my custom.
