As many others, I ordered my wallpaper (which means I paid about 68 pound lost forever) and never get any answer to my multiple phone calls, emails... I still have my "account" on their platform, a fake one indeed, with order reference and all but I never received the wallpaper, it`s been more than two months now. I`d be glad to see them shut down for good. If you can suggest some actions, I`d be glad to proceed against these people. thanks

Charlatans and vagabonds. They don't answer the telephone. They don't respond to voice messages. They don't respond to emails. Thank goodness for our credit card people (top job American Express) otherwise we would have been out £230 and Wallpapers of Distinction would have been free to sell our three rolls of returned wallpaper again - which of course they still are.

Ordered wallpaper without reading reviews unfortunately. When it didn't come, and the company failed to answer any messages, or even pick up the phone, I investigated and found numerous similar stories. They only pick up the phone when you dial from a different number, presumably in the hope of 'selling' more wallpaper. Excuses were made, exactly as for others. When I said I now wished to cancel, he agreed straightaway, no quibbling. But of course, no refund was forthcoming, so had to hand matters over to credit card company.

The order has failed to arrive, but payment has been taken. No emails or phone calls have been answered. The only email I have is the acknowledgement of the order initially where all seems good. This company fails to deliver on so many levels. I am thankful I only ordered one roll of paper - but that is still £45 down. I wish like others I had looked at other reviews first. I have reported the company to Nottingham Trading Standards.

Okay. This shop couldn't wait to seemingly go out of their way to get wallpaper delivered to me as an express delivery. The wallpaper never arrived. When I finally managed to make contact, the seemingly affable and plausible man on the phone went to investigate, said they'd forgotten to put in the courier express option which was vital to me and which they'd offered in the first place to secure my order and I still haven't received the wallpaper 3 weeks later. Going bust I feel. Trading Standards will be investigating and my credit card company will sort out.

This is a diabolical company, not be be trusted at all. I ordered wallpaper which is never dispatched, even after months! You can send as many emails as you like but don't expect a reply to them. Of course you can leave many messages on the voice mail but of course they never answer the phone or return your call. If you intend to use this company, then please ensure you walk into the shop and have the product in your hand before handing over your money...

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a roll of paper and paid £42 for it in February. I'm still waiting for the wallpaper, despite chase-up emails (which were never responded to) and phone calls. I was told that the paper had already been sent and, later, that another roll would be sent to a local shop where I could pick it up. However, it's now 8th April and no sign of the wallpaper. I now can't get through by phone and no answer to messages.

Needed the wallpaper for guests. Arrived quickly. Thank you.

**BEWARE** Over the past 3 weeks I was nearly a victim of a sham by this company, I ordered £130 worth of wallpaper online showing as in stock and 3-5 days delivery. The goods where never delivered after over 3 weeks, they never answered the phone, responded to any emails or voicemails. After a lot of persistence got the the director on the phone, promised he had ordered my goods from the supplier, and will be with me the following week, they never came, finally tracked him down again after 3 days of non stop calls, he regurgitated the same lie. I rang his supplier and they tell me they have received no orders from them and that many people have called with the same issue. They are a SHAM they take money and never deliver goods. **One Director previously involved with liquidated company, they took my money and then did not supply the goods**

Do not use this company. Ordered wallpaper over a month ago after receiving samples quickly. Like others we then paid and never got our paper and now cannot get through via email or phone. Have reported to trading standards to try and get our money back which is over £100. Very unfair to treat customers this way.

They helped me locate when I thought it hadn't been delivered, it was with my neighbour. Have already placed my next order with them.

We bought some expensive wallpaper from this company and it was delivered in a reasonable timeframe. However, we had problems with the quality of the wallpaper and found that the customer service was suddenly very poor. Emails were not replied to unless chased up several times and phone calls were treated in a similar manner. Other posters on this forum have mentioned that phone calls to this company seem to be ignored if they are from your normal phone numbers and I can reinforce this view. When you do talk to one of the team they promise to seek resolution to your issue and then nothing happens. If I had seen the review on this website earlier then I never would have used them, and I can only advise you to steer clear and look elsewhere.

Ordered 1 roll @£69 on 2nd deb 2017 after a prompt sending of sample from this company, but following numerous calls and several promises from this company we have not received our roll of wallpaper. Now they will not answer any of the numerous phone calls or respond to the email we send them on 27th. Feb, cancelling our order and demanding our money back. I only wish we had checked this company out on line before placing and order, and I have reported this company to Trading Standards, and just hope someone will be able to stop this company taking money off us!!

avoid this company. Take your money and never deliver goods. They block phone calls and email address so you can't contact them.

I placed an order online in January 2017. The money was taken out of my account two days later. Now 6 weeks later, after 5 phone calls, two emails and two letters I have received neither my goods nor a refund. Really wish I had seen the reviews before using this company.
