Had a lovely holiday at Waterside Holiday Park. The facilities were lovely and the kids loved the pools and water slide. The caravan was very well kitted out and very clean, one of the better caravans we have stayed in. The food in the restaurant was one of the best meals we have ever had, big portions but high quality. Not many places can you have scallops for starters. The positioning of the site if great, very close to Weynouth beach and local attractions plus there is a fairground right next to the site to help keep the kids entertained. There is a beach a stones throw from the campsite which is a lovely apart from being a pebble beach but I prefer a sandy beach. The only real negative to the site was the recycling facilities which were way below standard. One recycling point for the whole park isnt acceptable from a modern caravan park and it on the other side of the park to our caravan too. This however didnt distract from a great holiday and next time we visit hopefully they will have improved recycling.

I went to Waterside Holiday Park, Dorset, with my husband and 4 children aged 5 and under and we had a fantastic time. The caravan was very clean, was near to the main bit and everything worked. The swimming pool was lovely, with 3 slides, a baby pool, an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The staff were polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Our highlight was the evening entertainment for the children which was consistently good; I have used some of the games as ideas for children's parties since. The park was across the road from the beach and a small fairground which worked out very reasonable if you bought your week's tokens in one go. I would thoroughly recomment this holiday park. It is a bit more expensive, but I feel that it is worth it. Very clean swimming pool and changing rooms.

Helpful and friendly staff I am struggling to think of any bad points, but the amusement arcade where the soft play is, wasn't furnished as well as the rest of the place.
