What an absolute shitshow of a company. DO NOT USE!!! My bestfriend booked this company for my hen do for a 12 o’clock pickup until 1 to be dropped off in Leeds. It got to about 10 past 12 and no sign of them. They ring her up about quarter past saying they are lost and can’t find the house which is fair enough these things happen. Another 15 mins past and a few phone call exchanges are made for him to realise he has gone to the complete wrong address in Sheffield (Barnsley road which is a VERY common address) instead of where we live. Sheffield is a good 30 min drive away from us so all he can do is apologise. Again we took it in our stride, mistakes happen! However we all had a cocktail making class booked for 1.30 in Leeds which we tried to rearrange but we couldn’t as it was fully booked up for all the other sessions so now we have all lost out on a £10 deposit. When the driver FINALLY showed up at 1.15 (an hour and 15 minutes late!) we were all having a good time for 35 minutes!!!! When everyone had paid for an hours ride!!!! So 2 full bottles of bubbly were left behind and god knows how many half’s. Obviously being quite disappointed with it, even the bus driver told us to contact the company in the morning to explain what had happened to see if they would compensate us for the deposit we all lost and the time we paid for on the bus but DIDNT get to enjoy. My dad tried to ring up but they wouldn’t speak to him because my bestfriend did all the booking. So she gets in contact only for them to blame it all on her because she didn’t specify the address was Barnsley and not Sheffield even though she told them the postcode to which his reply was ‘we don’t use the postcode’ like that’s a normal thing to do when going to new places ??? Right laugh. He was so rude to her on the phone and completely made out like it was all her fault and that we ‘only lost a tenner each’. She told him that she would be leaving a bad review to which his reply was ‘I’ll leave a comment back’ . What an absolute shocking company and even more shocking customer service. Do NOT USE . They don’t deserve the custom.

went on a hen party with this company, 32 seater to York. driver had 2 jobs booked in the same night, so when he picked us up at 2am he had just dropped off another group, not his fault at all, the bus was full of rubbish empty bottles, half full glasses and the seats were soaking wet, the driver did dry the seat but I wish I had got the train, when you book a bus for 900 quid you don't expect this. I do not normally complain and this is not aimed at the driver, as he is obviously following instructions from the company, but this is sheer greed booking 2 jobs in on one night, making it a sub standard service.

Where to start, I booked the 21 seat party bus for my birthday. After reading all the reviews I thought it looked fabulous, everyone seemed very excited - I read no negative reviews at all so what more could you ask for. (A bit too good to be true maybe?) On the day, the bus arrived late after the driver taking no notice of my instructions. Wasn't going to let this bother us, everybody was too excited to even care. When the bus arrived, our driver sounded very miserable and tired - after putting it in there that he's driven a very long way to pick us up, isn't that part of his job? The bus was a 21 seater, there were 20 of us - a mixture of men and women some big some small, unfortunately the bus only actually seated 18 of us at a squeeze! we aren't obese!! I had nothing but everyone complaining at me saying I must of ordered a wrong size bus - which I hadn't! With everybody complaining to me my only option was to complain to our driver - which he did not appreciate, he decided to tell me this is why he packed his job in previously because he couldn't handle all the complaints, like I said who else am I supposed to complain to on the night? (Oh and all the complaints he had but no negative reviews hmm?) After a few drinks we all became more relaxed and accepted the fact we were all squashed but just dealt with it, couldn't let the bus ruin our night after all. I spent a full day making a playlist to plug into what I was told a USB for iPhones, which wasn't on there. What we had was an AUX lead and Bluetooth. Something else for us all to moan about when the music crashed every now and then. So I'd advise others to just listen to the music provided on the bus, at least then you'll have TVs on too. Oh and if you want karaoke, make sure you tell the driver. We had no karaoke which was a shame, apparently it should have been us asking for it - I expected it to be there set up, ready for us. But hey hoooo. One thing that did it for me that made me feel ripped off was that when I phoned to book, they explained it would cost us more than usual as they are travelling a far distance which means the driver would have to sit, wait and couldn't do any more trips. (They even gave me other companies to call as they felt it would be a waste of a Saturday night for them unless they were to charge us more) Fair enough I thought, we all agreed to paying a little extra. So, why on the night were we being rushed so they could pick up the next party!? Fair enough do as many trips etc but do not lie saying this is why they need to charge us more than usual? Ridiculous. I phoned after the weekend to explain all my issues, it was a no win situation. A come-back for everything I said so I felt as if I'd wasted my time. The guy actually advised that if there is a 21person party, order a 36 seater! If there's a 16person party order a 21 bus. Surely that says it all!? Give him his due, he was understanding and listened to all I had to say. It's just a shame that two hours after the call I actually received a personal text message from the driver being very sarcastic, thanking me for complaining that he's a 'miserable driver' very unprofessional. I aren't usually one to complain but when you expect high expectations to experience all the above, and little things such as not having any ice in the ice-buckets? Or is that me being petty? I hope people read this for a bit of truth, i thought it was a bit too good to be true there being no truthful reviews? I do hope people find this useful. Happy partying!!

Very disappointed with the heap of scrap that was sent to replace their "broken down" party bus! Told a few hours before it was due to turn up that it wasn't coming! The one sent from Leeds was dirty. It had a sticky residue on the seats and in the bottle holders, the windows had dirty hand prints all over them. The tv's where tiny and one was broken! The replacement was no where near the same facilities advertised for their 16 seater! The replacement sent looked like an ambulance painted with a bit of white and pink! It was cheaper to hire than the one we paid for! Wasn't given any oppertunity to choose something different. A standard limo would have been better. The lack of apology is appaling and the refund offered is a total joke! Just told that it caused no disruption to our day, but it caused huge disappointment to all who paid a lot of money for something we didn't get! Will NOT be recommending to anyone and certainly won't be using them again! If could give 0 star I would. Very unprofessional.
