Very disappointed with this company. Their customer service was extremely poor. Basic information like the name of the hotel we were staying in were kept from us until days before we departed. The trip itself did not reflect the package we booked nor the price we paid. When we arrived at the restaurant (which we had been told was booked) we were almost turned away because they had no record of our booking. Luckily we had printed an email of the booking from Maximise but we had to wait a long time for our food. The quality of the food was also very disappointing. Any of the bars we had been told had reserved areas for us disappointed too with one bar saying they don't take reservations. Very bad experience.
