If you are looking for a disastrous and stressful weekend away, this is the company for you! We booked an exciting hen weekend away with this company back in January for a hen weekend taking place on 9th July. With 2 days to go and excessive ignored phone calls and emails, we were finally sent the complete itinerary. With more than enough notice to book "a fabulous 5* hotel (2 guests per room), two course Italian Meal, bottomless brunch and guest list entry to various clubs" at a cost of £265 per person (travel excluded) this was the very opposite of what this company had booked for us. A "fabulous 5* hotel" consisted of 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed) in a apartment hotel (which was never cleaned) for 2 nights! A two course Italian meal which was PIZZA EXPRESS!! We had to call various restaurants to see availability for this to be changed (a group of 12 ladies with 2 days notice for a Saturday night was near-on impossible). However we found a very nice restaurant that we asked the company to change for us. They insisted they wouldn't do this but however will change this to Bella Italia (slightly better but unacceptable for a hen-do). With the restaurant already pre-paid we went along with it. The Saturday Night arrives and we take taxi's to the Bella Italia that was stated in the itinerary to find out it was CLOSED and the actual reservation was a 30 minute drive away! This resulted to us having to take taxi's back to our hotel and spend £130 on dominos (which no doubt will never be reimbursed). The exciting bottomless brunch at Dirty Martini's arrives. We sit down and enjoy various cocktails, excited for the food to arrive to be told by Dirty Martini that they had not received our pre-order and therefore can only give us what was remaining in the kitchen. We had various Vegetarian and gluten free diners in the group that could not be catered for (this was no fault to the venue). Another let down by FANTASTIC WEEKENDS. I will never EVER use or recommend this company and I urge you to find another provider.

The whole stag weekend was amazing and absolutely hassle free. The activities were good, restaurants, clubs and transports as well.

we had a fab weekend in the Lakes after is being postponed several times due to Covid. The FW Team are a pleasure to deal with and all activities ran without hitch. The house was stunning too!!

Just come back from a hen weekend in Brighton booked with this company and had the best time. They organised everything all included in the price. Hotel was great and entertainment perfect. 11 of us could not praise this company enough. Would definitely recommend and would use in future. Thank you.

We booked my daughter’s hen party through Fantastic Weekends in January 2021. It was a large house for 13 with a hot tub, bbq and lovely grounds. We paid the deposit on 7th February to secure the house, as requested, for the hen party at the end of July. We paid in full in 17th May, again as requested and thought everything was great. However, On 6th June we received an email from the owner with the following information: “I’m sorry to tell you that the house we booked for you has been double-booked. The Hotels Team tried to make payment but the owners could not accept the payment due to the over-sight” He went on to say there was nothing available in our price range apart from a hotel which we didn’t want for such a large party. There was no offer of support towards another venue or compensation at the time so we had no choice but to get a refund. It took several emails to get the refund and when it came it was less than we paid so we had to send further emails to get the whole amount. The owner is very rude, obnoxious and arrogant. He said it wasn’t his fault and showed very little empathy. He is very disrespectful and dismissive also. According to Companies House, the company is owned by LC but it states they only have one employee so who the “Hotels Team” is that he refers to in his email is anyone’s guess! He blames the house owner for double booking but who knows! After several emails and threats of the small claims court The owner did eventually offer a £300 credit note but this has not been forthcoming, in fact in a recent email he has said there is “not a chance” of getting anything from him! Unfortunately, we have not been able to secure a venue for the hen party so it has been cancelled. Please don’t make the same mistake we did by putting our trust in this company. Go somewhere more reputable!

From start to finish I received an excellent response to my enquiry. This is quite a new business but I had no qualms as the staff were very knowledgeable on options. We ended with a group of 15 and everything was as expected at Hotel, Go Karting Night Club

Booked two stag do's through fantastic weekends now, both times have been brilliant, got a great price and everything was organised as planned.. It was hassle free and so easy to arrange through them. Would defo recommend using them!!

Had a great hen party with Fantasic weekends, there was a problem with our hotel not reserving as many beds as asked but they managed to find us accommodation with was much better value and with short notice!

Great girls weekend at the Edinburgh Fringe, accomdation fantastic, partybus one of the best nights out I have ever had. All the girls loved it and get wait to get back next year!

Massive thank you to the team for organising such a brilliant weekend. Afternoon tea at the Norfolk Hotel was classy and plentyful (we all took boxes home with us), the Dreamboys show was, well, ok. Not the best example of a male strip show and the Halo nightclub, whilst looked amazing was over priced for watered down drinks. But this didn't stop us from moving on to Cameo and dancing the night away. The Hilton Hotel was in the perfect location for the tea and show, the rooms were large and beautifully designed and the breakfast. Wow!! So much choice and a good quality buffet. Overall every hen (22 of us) had a brilliant time. Would not hesitate to use these guys again.

I was looking for a really affordable hen weekend for a friend and came across Fantastic Weekends online whilst getting some quotes. The staff were great in offering their best deal and helping me to organise a group of 15 people. The payments were easy to spread out on a monthly basis. Their online system is very simple to use and they remain in regular contact with you if you have any questions. I decided to book a long weekend in the Bath/Bristol area and we all stayed at Box Hedge Farm – a fantastic place on their books if you like the countryside. The accommodation & locations were both lovely and stunning. This was helped further by great weather! I booked the Butlers in the Buff, who were a brilliant way to keep the party atmosphere going on the Friday night. We were left to our own devices and had a great party. Everyone thought the Thermae spa was outstanding and the best part of the weekend. The rooftop pool and the newly refurbished Wellness Suite were impressive. You can pay the spa directly for your visit and we were rightly advised by Fantastic Weekends to get there for 9am on a Saturday morning to avoid queues. A 2 course meal at Cafe Rouge was included in the payment on the Saturday. We only had to pay for our travel and drinks. We later went on to some bars and a night club for the rest of the night, where we were given complimentary free entry. I would advise checking what kind of night life best suits your evening when deciding where to go. The whole hen party thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. The bride to be was really made up and I would recommend Fantastic Weekends. We will be booking with them again for a future occasion as we would love to go back.

Booked a weekend away in Bristol for 20 of us on my hen party. Murder mystery on the Friday, party boat on the Saturday. Murder mystery was really good just not quite what we expected. We thought we all may have a character to act out, not that we was told that would happen, it was just our perception. We were given clues through the night by 'Willie Catchem' who was lovely and so patient. We enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal and the hotel staff were very curteous. The actor was brilliant and very engaging, but we were a lively bunch who needed a bit more to do to keep us going than sitting there reading clues. Again no fault of anyone there just not what we had imagined. Stayed in the mercure holland bristol, room was big, shared 2 double beds between 4 people which was fine and it was really quiet. Till we got there anyway! The party boat made our weekend, but please note you need to take a phone or iPod with your music on, as the boat does not provide it. Luckily for us our friend had been to hen party weekend before and had the perfect playlist for us. Stopped along the dock at 3 pubs, we took over the first one but the bar staff in the cottage were amazing and well up for the challenges we dragged them into! Didn't get off the boat by the 3rd pub we enjoyed the boat so much and was in an ideal location to carry on drinking once we did need to leave. A brilliant weekend all round and I found the whole booking process, and contact with both at Fantastic Weekends perfect. Answered my queries quickly and had everything on place we needed as promised. Would highly recommend and will certainly use on the future!
