Not The Best Training
I expected great things from this course- novalash is massive brand and very popular! The training was over a day and was a class of around 8. The teacher did a demonstration then told us to go off on our own I saw her about once every 25 minutes doing the rounds not entirely sure I was doing it right then sent off on my own to do 10 case studies - sent my case studies trying to be prompt but was a good few weeks before I’d get a reply of how they looked/ marked! I received a full kit so that was good. But not very good teacher student contact after you are pretty much left on you own.

Terrible Customer Services
after spending nearly £1000 on training, a few months later I contacted them regarding a problem with the glue ( which costs £90) they asked for p. o .p reference numbers and dates on the bottle which I provided they basically tried to blame me for cutting it open ( which I clearly did not) I also sent pictures etc
they then stopped responding to my emails after I asked them what they could do regarding this problem, I had done everything they asked me to do and to just ignore a customer is blatantly rude and unprofessional, and not how a company should behave towards customers I would NOT recommend this company.
The Best Proudct And Training
I have been working in the industry for over 10 years and did two courses in the UK in Lash extensions before I finally went with Novalash. The reason I didn't go with them in the first place was becasue of cost but I ended up spending more in the long run. I was reluctant to do training with another company as I believed I knew it all!! I was compeletely wrong. I did my training in central London and our trainer was Shirley who was so knowledgable of the products and the lash industry in general. Anyone that trains with NovaLash in the UK get re-fresher training free of charge and I know that there were two ladies on my class that had been off travelling for a year and were back for refresher class. There was a great buzz in the class as it small and we were all given one to one time with the trainer. I know the trainer gave us her personal number if we had any queries or problems - again just nice to have even if you didn't use it.
I have always found anyone that I have dealt with in Novalash to be exteremely helpful and can recommend them highly as a company and a proudct.

Changed My Life!
I was a makeup artist for 6 years, struggling to make ends meet, spending all week working in the salon and weekends doing weddings and events. I picked up spray tanning for awhile to add to my services but even with that I still wasn't able to stay above water with my booth rental fees and traveling expenses to events, etc. When I first heard about eyelash extensions I was intrigued but couldn't afford to take the class. A few years went by and I ran into an old friend I went to cosmetology school with and she completely changed my mind after I heard the amount of money she was making. She was only working 4 days a week and was making up to $1500/DAY! I saved up some money and signed up for a training class. The class was VERY HARD... at first I really didn't think I would be able to do it, but my trainer assured me that every one struggles in the beginning but if I just practiced every day I would build up my skills. So that's what I did. About 3 months later I registered for my very own LLC -- and am now a proud business owner of a mobile lash company. I not only have enough to pay my bills, but I am LOVING my job and able to enjoy every minute of it! I have such loyal clients that I have actually made even better friends than ever before. I am a loyal TEAM NOVALASH girl for life and recommend any struggling make up artist to take a chance and go the lashin' route! Good luck ladies!

The Great Novalash Rip Off
Novalash have a good product that is very expensive-I signed up to do their training as I thought it would also be good quality-wow was I wrong.
The course cost over £600 and was supposed to include equipment and one to one training.
The equipment sent was missing items such as some very basic tools to remove the lashes, I don't know what else it was supposed to have in it as the company won't tell me and have failed to provide a kit list.
The one to one training was not one to one-it was a class and the instructor was RUBBISH-not just a bit rubbish but 100% RUBBISH. We were not shown how to use the products correctly and all the trainer did was moan about how bad the product was. As we did not have all the equipment we were unable to do all of the training.
The missing items have been promised and promised and promised but they have still not been provided.
I contacted them immediately and they have promised to rectify everything and delivered nothing. The first woman I was dealing with went sick then the second woman has gone sick and the contact in London called me to be sarcastic.
I sent there training kit back and they would not accept delivery of it and it was returned.
I am now in the process of raising a claim for my money back
