“Terrible and so unprofessional!”

I booked this person to come to my house this afternoon and she did not arrive. About half an hour later I called her and she told me that she would call back in 5 minutes and she didn't even do that! I don't care what excuses you have you don't take booking that were made about 4 weeks ago and then not turn up! Totally unprofessional and slopppy I would say. I took a day off work today and now have no time to go elsewhere- simply shocking!

The best thing I like about mybeautytreatments, is that she comes to you in the comfort of your own home. Very friendly, professional, organized and thorough, most importantly very relaxing. I love the eye treatments, tinting, waxing and shaping, including tips on how to maintain my new shape. My eyebrows are now perfectly shaped and groomed, I would definitely recommend to all my friends.
