Terrible. On the day of my operation my claim was denied since I have occasionally had pain in my shoulder previously. Of course, if I had had a doctor tell me I needed an operation then, I would have. But I was told to just forget about it. The woman at Prince of Wales Hospital who told me this was a total witch as well. I will never go there again.
