This is a wounderful book, it not only helps you to prepare healthy balanced and delicious meals but also make you feel good about yourself. It promotes self confidence and creates a new you. This book has made me feel more confident about myself. There is abosoultley nothing to dislike about this book.

If you want to lose weight this is the only book you need - Celia Hawe, Yoga for Slimmers: The 4-Week Weight-Loss Programme for Body, Mind and Spirit. It is the best book on losing weight and living a holistic life I have ever read.
