I just got a pair of the Rock Jaw Arcana V2 and I absolutely love them. The sound quality is incredible and would rival my last headphones, a pair of Klipsh worth 6 times the price of the Arcana's. I love these headphones and you should too!

I purchased the Rock Jaw Alfa Genus earphones from Amazon USA and I'm delighted with them. They arrived with only two of the three sound filter sets now available for them, black and silver, so I wrote to Rock Jaw to request the newer champagne gold filters, said to be the best balanced of the three. They arrived in today's mail, just eight days later across the Atlantic, and I'm listening through them as I write this. Fantastic! Excellent balance throughout the entire audible frequency range with great presence and amazing clarity, all at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Rock Jaw, for the excellent sounding earphones, as well as for your speedy customer service in sending the filters along at no extra charge. I purchased the ROCK JAW ARCANA V2 earphones in Dec 2014. Fantastic sound and build quality. I was very impressed with the service and delivery when I purchased the headphones. I recently had a problem with the headphones and these were replaced within 3 days with no issues or hassle. Very pleased with the service.

I've had my earphones for 6 months now and they're absolutely brilliant quality. I had a slight problem with one of the earphones after so long but the customer service team dealt with it very professionally and shipped me out a replacement pair for FREE. I bought a pair of Rockjaw Kommands not long ago, and unfortunately due to very heavy use one of the earbuds stopped working. I sent them back to Rockjaw and they immediately sent me a brand new pair! Not only that, they also sent me a sweet Rockjaw shoulder bag. I bought some Arcana V2 headphones from Rock JAW and have found them to be absolutely brilliant, great sound quality and super reliable. Great for music, films and using for phone conversations. Additionally Rock JAW's customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced. can't praise them highly enough. Almost instant replies to queries and no quibbles should you have an issue. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be buying from them again in the future. They even send you some free sweeties in their deliveries... who doesn't like free sweets? Personally I have been into "Hi-fi" for a long time, mostly full size equipment but recently due to space and the "Wife," etc I am reduced to portable audio, not really a problem, it has many advantages over the full sized equipment, I can just fit some headphones and isolate the rest of the world to enjoy myself, brilliant! Over the last few years I have spent a small fortune on headphones, DAP's, amplifiers and such things in search of the sort of sound I want to hear, once or twice I thought I had the right headphones but when they got run-in, they didn't sound as I wanted. From Sennheisers to Ultimate Ears, to Sony and many more, I tried them all, the UE10s and the UE990s got very close until I took the plunge and bought a set of Rock Jaw Kommands on a whim. When I first heard them, I thought, there is something right about these, the bass and the treble don't seem to work together properly, the bass is too heavy and the treble is recessed but the overall sound is wonderful! Now a few weeks further on and these beasties have settled down, they do everything I could possibly want an in-ear headphone to do, the bass and the treble have balanced out, the sound stage is enormous, these things just make you want to lie back and listen to everything you have in your music collection! For me bass is very important, bass that has rhythm, variations, warmth and power, without bass music is lack-lustre and boring, don't get me wrong, I am not a bass-head who wants his head blown off, I want to hear the bass when it is there, it needs dynamics with tone and not of the one note variety and these headphones produce it perfectly. Mid-range and treble are also very important, bass only is useless! The treble is not harsh and thrashy, nor is it sibilant and unbearable, it is clear and precise, the amount of detail available from a good source can be reproduced with ease, positioning and clarity of each instrument is so enjoyable, even ordinary mp3 files have enough clarity and emotion to keep you interested but feed a good quality source with high quality music and the enjoyment is almost over whelming! What next for Rock Jaw, what magic can they produce, the Kommand's are fabulous, I find them comfortable, some people hate the hooks, personally I like them, they fit me! My only quibbles are the buds, only rubber ones in the box and they don't fit my big ears, I had to get some foam inserts, this sorted the problem but I think some foams should be in the box as well, maybe even a longer nosed bud that can go a bit further into the ear canal for better isolation, apart from that, I think more people should try these, you may well be blown away!

I was surprised by the amazing quality the Alfa genus had.This is by far the best earphones I have owned thus far. Along with the customer service, I do not see why anyone wouldn't want to buy from rock jaw. I was even more surpirised to see a complimentary thank you note for serving in the military.the impedance is perfect for each bud attachment.

I bougt a pair of arcana v2 earphones a couple of weeks ago and the audio quality is absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately, mine broke just today so I sent rock jaw an email about it and a man replied within minutes, he offered me another pair delivered free of charge. Rockjawhands down have the best customer service I have ever come across and I think I was just unlucky with my earphones. Definitely worth the money and in the rare event that you do have problems, they will probably solved within the day!

I was given my Alpha Genus headphones as a present as I struggle to find earphones that fit my ears. These have different ear bud sizes and brilliant reviews online for the price range. I am not an expert, but to me, the sound is excellent. I listen to my music/podcasts on my hour commute everyday and I think that these headphones sound very clear and not at all tinny or rattley which I have experienced with cheaper alternatives. After about 2 months I managed to lose one of the bass tuners and so switched to the neutral ones but I prefer the more bass-y sound so I tweeted rockjaw to see how to get a replacement and they gave me an email address, I contact them and now less than a day later my replacement tuners are on their way!! Outstanding customer service, I am so impressed and happy :)

Without doubt the Kommands are the best in ear headphones I have come across - amazing build quality and stellar sound stage. The interchangeable buds are excellent. The type of pleasurable listening experience I would normally only associate with far more expensive 'phones. Justin R.
