Sooo I recently popped into Triangles.... Because I was in the area for business reasons ( moved away years ago)..never did find a salon I liked when I moved away.... Anyway popped in to see them... And honestly it was like I was long lost family... Had no appointment .. but was truly treated like a celeb.... Thankyou just the pick me up I needed...

This salon has the worst customer service ever. I would not come back or recommend it to any friends or family. They have made me wait outside the salon for over an hour!.

Had laser treatment and in each session I explicitly told the woman NOT to go over blemishes and marks. Every session she went over one spot I had specifically asked her to avoid. When she puts the laser on the spot/blemish, you don't have time to react and stop her because it takes you by surprise - It's like someone putting their finger on your face and starting on the patch you want to avoid, it's already too late. I am so angry that I paid for treatment, asked EACH TIME for them to avoid certain pigmented areas for my own safety, and was ignored. UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNSAFE

Wanted a colour and cut, didnt get consultation or enough details about what colour or how they treated my hair with which treatment. Cut was uneven and I sat there for a long time with no one talking to me. Worst experience in a salon, unprofessional as they bring family bad vibes in to salon which i picked up on, its a family business so they all work with each other. Never would i go there again and would not recommend, not value for money.

It's not often good feedback is given and I feel this salon has gone above & beyond! I don't live in the Blackburn area & so have had to drive over an hour to get to Triangles for my treatments, but I must say it has been worth it! I have just finished a course of fat freeze & cavitation treatments & even though it can take up to 8 weeks to see the full result I can already see a huge difference & I am over the moon. Every member of staff was polite & both owners were lovely. I have now just paid for a course of laser hair removal & will be looking forward to seeing the results. I appreciate that you can't make everyone happy, but what I will say is for others not to focus on just the negatives! :D

I have recently had laser hair removal I was charged £735 in total and the hair is still coming through. I have also tried their laser for radio frequency facelift. They said they have amazing deals on now because it is new in. I saw the consultant from Vivo Clinic, the franchise company, who told me that my lower face, around mouth nasolabial folds and across the chin would benefit from the treatment as the chin is a bit bumpy and needs addressing and I didn't need my eyes or forehead doing. He said I would need three treatments. I asked how long is the treatment, he replied one hour in duration plus the first session an additional thirty minutes for a consultation with the therapist who would be doing the treatment. I paid £180 for three treatments up front as it's supposed to be an offer, a discounted price. I arrived for my treatment and a therapist cleansed my skin then I was taken to another room for the treatment with a different therapist. I was not given another consultation and instead of addressing my particular needs as discussed with the first consultant from Vivo Clinic before paying my money, this therapist told me what areas of my face she was going to do which would be the forehead, cheeks and jaw line, she said she will not do across my chin under my lip. She said it will last thirty minutes. I told her that the consultant had said it would be an one hour treatment, she just said no it's thirty minutes. I phoned the Vivo Head Office in London to make enquiries and they told me that the treatment is about an hour and a minimum of 45 minutes not including the eyes or under chin meaning a double chin. I asked is it including across the chin under my lip and they said yes. I enquired about the price there, they said £149 an offer at the moment for two treatments not including eyes or under chin. I feel angry that I have paid £180 for three treatments that will only be 30 minutes long after I was told by the Vivo clinic consultant it would be an hour long. So much for their 'offer' at Triangles. The worst thing is I have not seen any difference at all from the treatment, no skin tightening, nothing. My suggestion is don't believe a word they say they just want your money!!!!

My experience at Triangles was really good. The staff are really friendly and helpful and always have good advice if you need it without being too pushy. The salon is really nice and there was a nail room where it was quite lively and chatty but then when I went upstairs for my next treatment it was really quiet and relaxing, woI uld definitely recommend this salon if you want a top quality treatment.

The clinic has a lightsheer machine that is apparently the best in the business if you believe what the salon says, i have had a few treatments on the upper cheeks and face areas, i have corse hair and the setting i had had were pretty low , the shots were so painful that the treatment is quite frankly unbearable, i decided to check out another clinic and have now been attending a new therapist with a soprano ice laser machine, what can i say hardly any pain and best of all the hair aint back. but i would rather be treated without the need for torturous pain. dont waste your money go with what works for you.

Never have I been to a salon like this in my life, dont even think the certificates belong to the owners, maybe you can buy the certificates like you can buy a title these days......I had my hair coloured and cut I could have done a better job myself, one side was longer than the other and the colour was applied by the manager on one side the other side by a male hairdresser in my opinion this should never happen.......semi permanent make up well....what can I say astronomical prices for unprofessional job done badly. In my honest opinion there are plenty more professional salons out there and much cheaper plus you dont gave to listen to the Family arguing all the time. STAY CLEAR of this so called salon. I really wish I had read the reviews before going to this so called salon.

Terrible. Made to pay for a consultation which lasted an hour and nothing was said in that time that couldn't have been explained in minutes or a leaflet! Not only had to pay for the lecture on hair growth but it was shared with another client so wasn't tailored, personal or confidential. My treatment was for facial and I had to share my paid consultation with a male client. Also the owner was unprofessional and when I said I don't need a consultation, I was told they wouldn't treat me if I didn't pay. Now your wondering why I didn't go else where? Well I was bought vouchers as a gift and wasn't notified when purchased the non refundable vouchers, that I had to pay for the time consuming consultation (all discussed on the shop floor in front of staff and other clients). Also I was always left waiting for my appointment sometimes as long as 40 mins over, ridiculous. There's more, I asked for a price for other treatments several times and got different quotes. Their prices are not advertised they always work out a price and it's never the same so in other words they charge what they want. My treatments along with the vouchers, where given a price boasting they where calculated on a massive % discount but what was that price discounted from! they never would advise a certain treatment cost and that's the price. It was always calculated and written on a scrap piece of paper. As for the laser treatment, yes it works but the treatments where too unprofessional. Using the same bowl of cooling gel and spatula for all clients, some having bikini done some facial, eew! Laser was never cleaned, hands never washed that I witnessed. Whilst waiting in the saloon in front of other staff and customers it was spoken to me "so your here for laser treatment?" By staff. Yep thanks for telling everybody, I consider this type of treatment as a sensitive confidential one. Reception staff where polite and helpful, and they ring to remind you of your appointment which was nice.

Went here as a change from my local salon for a haircut and gel nails and can honestly say that it was one of the most hideous experiences I've ever encountered. Overall, the cut was nothing more than "ok" - closer inspection when I got home found loads of split ends still even though I had asked for them to be all cut off. The woman who did my nails cut my fingers quite badly with rough filing and 4 nails cracked after 2 days and I had to go back to my usual place to get them fixed. Definitely not worth the £70 I paid. What makes this salon terrible are the attitudes of the owners. They will constantly bicker and shout at each other from across the salon, regardless of how many clients they have in. The female owner constantly interrupts the staff when they are in the middle of treatments and always tries to force her way into conversations you are having with the person who is doing your treatment. She openly argues with clients who are not happy with their treatments and then flounces off into the back room in a strop. Her and her husband are constantly swearing at each other which made me feel hugely uncomfortable. The other thing that annoyed me was that they were constantly trying to upsell. I don't mind a suggestion now and again about a new product but my entire time at the salon was dominated by some new skin care brand they now stock, and The staff were incessantly trying to pressure me into buying some. They just didn't seem to grasp the notion that some people cannot afford it, and when I stated this to the lady that was doing my nails for the FOURTH time, she shrugged her shoulders and carried on the rest of my treatment in total silence (when most of the cuts on my fingers occurred). When I went downstairs for my haircut I was bombarded with the male owner trying to sell me the shampoo and conditioner that they used in the salon. In the end, I left the salon feeling highly stressed and extremely uncomfortable, not the experience you want from a little bit of pampering. I've heard other reports from friends in the area that this is one place to avoid - one friend actually walked out of her hair colouring because the top up of her roots took 3 1/2 hours - the owners son talked constantly and wandered off to do something else while he was halfway through her foils. I have since returned to my usual salon after this horrendous experience and can only beg that you don't make the same mistake as I do - please avoid Triangles at all costs.

My partner has stopped going to the salon due to the owners constant racial remarks about the Asian community and Asian customers. You'd think in this day and age grown adults would refrain from making such remarks or holding such beliefs, but not the female owner, its sad really. Just to balance things out, my partner insists that the quality of the products and service you receive are great, and if it wasn't for the racism from the female owner she'd be happy to spend her money in the shop. Wise up please.

Hey just a few words about this lady Caring, understanding, compassionate My story I had acne :( this has caused awful white marks all over my face but had caused the lip colour to fade on one side so I looked like I had half a lip years of nasty bullying a friend mentioned I could have it coloured in. This sounded great after trawling through sites I found this salon phoned up but had to go for a consultation why well never thought that it would be that indepth, Had a consultation with two young ladies who talked me through the procedure but as I was still unsure an advisor appeared and reassured me of the treatment my day came I was asked to a downstairs room were my treatment began she was very thourough as she kept stopping and asking me how I thought it was after the treatment I did have a small amount of swelling which she explained would happen and gave me aftercare that I had to follow I did have some scabbing that I was told not to pick ooooh it was tempting but I persevered and wow im glad I listened. I don't look odd anymore I can leave the house without my lippy iv been advised I will need topups to keep my colour but hey I look fab so thankyou thankyou thankyou forever greatful forever aclient

The place looks nice but that is where it ends! The owners and their son are the most unprofessional people in the business. Father and son brag very loudly and CONSTANTLY, how good they are and cant wait to show you old photos of competitions they have entered and their achievements, whilst pretending to cut your hair, badly! One of ladies there is a bad advertisement for semi permanent makeup as she has gone over the top on her lips is just as boastful and loud. She constantly name drops who had had work done, and fills you in on every detail of married life, which is tediously boring and embarrassing as she chattered on. There is no privacy, while you are having a consultation or work done, there are other customers in the treatment room watching, Its humiliating, especially if you wanted to keep your treatment private. She has spoiled my face, she rushes and does what she wants instead of what you want. She applied the wrong colour of tattoo and altered my natural shape. I went back and she tried to shout me down in front of customers and blaming me for her bad work, but I am not soft and stood my ground, she offered to correct it and tried to charge me! I am heartbroken that I ever went near the place. The atmosphere is shocking and intimidating, the staff look miserable and you feel as though you are not welcome, you hear the owners shouting down at staff as if they were not worthy of living. It was a HELL of an experience and I am surprised they have not been sued out of business. The windows are constantly smashed probably by other unsatisfied customers that get cast away after they have been disfigured by these boastful unprofessionals, that just want to take your money... a lot of money too! NOT RECOMMENDED........YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

I was sat in the salon waiting for my treatment, when i could hear some shouting, It turned out to be the owner shouting at a customer, i wasn't sure what the argument was about but the man was left very embarrassed as the owner stormed away into the back. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. staff are rude and made you feel as if you shouldn't really be there. The atmosphere is cold and uninviting. Yes the salon is lovely but that is nothing when you don't have the staff or owners to back it up. i also felt a bit claustrophobic as you cannot see outside due to a huge poster covering the whole window. when i finally sat down to have my haircut, i was then asked if i wanted a drink which i thought was a bit late as i would rather of had a drink while i was waiting than having my hair cut. Anyway it took about 10 mins and i was charged the earth for something that didn't look particularly great. Staff spend more time concentrating on each other that the customers. It was just very disappointing, i wish i never went and i certainly will not be returning. Awful service, Awful manners. Just stay away from this place.

I've paid a lot of money to have laser treatment which may I add doesn't work so please save your money! But even worse I have been left with permanent scars. During my last session I told the therapist, the owner of the salon it was hurting me but she continued and said it was normal. I left the salon feeling incredibly sore and burnt. I wish I could upload pictures of what I was left like, I can only describe as a several burn marks. When I went to show the owner she told me it was most probably my fault through makeup residue. I told her I didn't have makeup on, and that I always do the same routine prior to my appointment. I wash my face completely and don't apply any products But she insisted there was no other explanation. I have been scarred for life. People always ask me now what the marks are and I am Embarrassed to explain. Avoid at all costs! Total waste of money and I've been left with scars

This salon claims to be pioneers in laser hair removal for darker skin. On the 2 previous times I was there, I got burned but nothing like what I am currently experiencing. When the owner finished my treatment, my face began to swell and feel like it was on fire. I explained this and she didn't seem to interested saying it was dehydration. I was left alone for the 10minutes while I was waiting for my taxi and thinking my face would melt off. When I was ready to leave it was clear to see that I had burns down both sides of my face, similar to about 100 marks made by putting out a cigarette on my face. I rang the salon back twice to complain and the owner who happened to be the one that did my treatment, did not have the decency to speak to me (because she was supposedly with a client),call me back on that day or even check on my progress at a later time. I have been unable to leave my house now for 2 weeks as I look like I have been in a freak accident and I have been informed that I have 2nd degree deep burns which will most likely scar. It makes me so angry that I have been scarred for life by a very expensive treatment which was meant to stop another worrying skin condition. I was also told that I was the one who asked that the setting be increased for my treatment in an attempt to make it all my fault. I would like to point out that although I did suggest that I did not quite have any positive results from a lower setting, they should be the professionals and be able to recommend and carry out my treatment at a setting that would be safe for me.I never complain about services in this way and if a concern and empathy was shown when they had OBVIOUSLY burnt half my face, my opinion of this salon would have been very different.

Hi you weren't even a client and the shop had stated online and as soon as customers came in due to the COVID PANDEMIC people were not allowed in the salon that were not having treatments.
The salon was doing nothing wrong, you didn't have to wait outside the salon?? You chose to how has the salon done anything wrong for keeping staff, and customers (some of which were potentially vulnerable) safe
