I was desperate to get my hair coloured for my up and coming wedding, i knew i wanted a natural blonde colour so i booked in at The Gallery hoping to have an 'award winning colour' as described. On arrival i was kept waiting for over ten minutes before someone served me, then i was led to my place for the next few hours, by a hairdresser who had absolutely no clue so had to call her supervisor 'Beth' to look at my hair, they seemed to understand what i wanted, gave me a stack of magazines and got to work- i had one girl wash my hair, another girl colour it, Beth checking on it, another girl shampooing it afterwards and then another girl blow drying it- rather a lot of people. Well, the end result was diastrous and what i hate the most is that not one of them had the decency to look me in the eye and talk about it, so 'Beth' was called over, made excuses saying i was stressed with the wedding and id like it in a couple of days- thats the head colourist making excuses for her poor work. So i was left to pay a bill for something i hated, i told her i hated it and then no one even calls me to check how things are.

This is the worst salon ive ever been to in norwich and i can honestly say ive tried out the majority. This woman should not be allowed to colour peoples hair and the rude staff in there that basically went and hid when i made a complaint should be ashamed of themselves- i cant believe you call yourselves a hair salon- you are certainly not award winning- tell that to the advisor at Nevilles in London who sorted it out and said it was one of the worst jobs hes seen in a long time- hes L'oreals top award winning hair colourist, maybe you guys should book a course with him.

Never go to The GALLERY in Norwich- you will be thoroughly disappointed
