After having my cloud 9 hair straitner , for 4months and paying $350 nz.I went away for the weekend took my hairstraitner, to my surprise found a large crack going from the bottom of the heated plate to the base of the handle.after speaking to 3 different people including a sales rep for cloud 9, they came to the conclusion it was not a manufacturing fault it was an impact fault caused by myself, I was extremely disappointed, paying tht much for a hairstraitner which did an awsome job of making my hair smooth and sleek, that I can no longer use. Their is no repair services in New Zealand for cloud 9 either ?
