Mine broke after 6 months!

After owning GHD for 6 years it finally died and I decided to invest in a Cloud Nine as they were supposed to be better than the new GHDs.

I have to say as far as usability it was absolutely fantastic. However, 6 months in and it has already died. Whenever I turn it on, the 'automatic turn off' light starts flashing and it turns itself off. Not what you would expect from a $300 straightener!

Apparently this is a common fault and they have had many returns so far. Having been advised they cant give me a timeframe of when it will be replaced because they have no warranty stock this is pretty disappointing and bad customer service as they, presumably, still have stock to sell to salons.

Id go GHD instead for sure. not happy.
