Do not buy from this company they do not deliver your purchase guve fake tracking numbers cannot supply you with a courier service. 

I ordered a wig the first week in October, still have not received it, but they charged my credit card the day of the order. Requested 4 times an update, thought it was on backorder. No one responded. Going to bank tomorrow to cancel my payment.

Made in high quality synthetic material the best part of the lovely wig is that it can be parted in different styles and I do so according to the situation and convenience. The wig makes me look like a professional.

I was really impressed with this wig! It's beautiful, soft and really cute on! The packaging is very pretty too! I wish it came in a lighter color, the black was a little to dark for me! I still highly recommend this wig. It's a great price and the quality is the best I've seen! I will be buying more from Kalyss in the future!

Just out of the box the hair feels really nice and soft - I hope it stays that way! The style is very flattering, though a bit long for me so I may have it trimmed a bit - plus hoping that having it a bit shorter may keep it looking nice longer.

I have been wearing this wig every day except nights and weekends for the past two months. Due to my busy schedule, it has been difficult for me to get around to washing it. It is still holding up great and it doesn't smell badly. It holds the style consistently and I am always getting compliments on it. I am still amazed by it. When I wear the current one out, I'm going to get another one.

I would never buy from them, you can't reach them, they are in china and when they did get back to me it was just how they wanted pictures of the horrible wig that was in terrible shape sent to me.... You can't speak to anyone. I think its a foreign co.

I ordered two wigs...I was looking so forward to receiving them. It took a while to get them, but the worst thing is that they look nothing like the wigs I ordered. No real definition or style. I paid $50 for one and about $45 or 55 for the other. So, I'm out of a little over $100. I've tried to find a way to style them so my money was not a complete waste; but to no avail. I will not bother to even send them back. I dumped them in the trash. Nor will I ever order again from this company. I don't think I'll order again another wig from anywhere--sight unseen...What a ripoff! At least I got 4 weaving caps. So disappointing to spend so much money and have nothing to show for it. Will I be order again? No Thank You.

Purchased a wig from Wigsbuy and the wig I received was nothing like the wig I ordered. I even sent them pictures of it. The quality of the wig was horrible and when I contacted the company about the wig, I was told to send it back to them and I would get a refund. After taking it to the US post office, the cost would be near the same amount as I paid for the wig and the cost to send it to China by UPS was triple the amount. Wigsbuy said I could not get a refund without sending the wig back so I'm stuck with a wig that I can do nothing with but throw it away. I will NEVER purchase from this company again! The least they could have done was pay for the return postage because evidently they get a cheaper rate than I would have had to pay.
