Worst Business Ever

This is business is an absolute joke. I decided to go with an Australian company as I believed that I could trust them with my money and assumed I would receive an order faster than if I purchased a product overseas. But was I wrong! I did not receive the order by the date I required and after countless efforts to get through to the company I finally got a response saying that I could cancel the order and receive a refund. I obviously jumped at this opportunity as I needed to purchase the product locally for the event I required it for.

Almost a month later and I still have not received this refund. This company never answer their phone and ignore their emails. This company needs to be shut down because as far as I know, they have my money and I have nothing to show for it. That's blatant stealing.

DO NOT use this company. Pay a little extra and go to someone reputable. I urge anyone who is having issues with them to go to Consumer Protection. The more complaints received the more chance action will be taken against them.
