Is it normal that more than a week passes without I receive the product, or even an e-mail after several alerts from me? I went to France and my number of transaction (deal) is 140584231121

I always find cliphair are very quick to reply. I suggest calling them. They are usually bery helpful.

Have you tried contacting Cliphair direct? Their customer service team are quick to respond. Royal Mail may have tried to deliver while you were away.
