“Waste of time”

Do not buy this product. It does not work! I followed the directions left it in for two hours and NOTHING! 3 hours of wasted time just to have to go buy what I know works and so it all over again. My hair now feels like straw and clumps fell out when I was combing it. I am so frustrated.
