I tried this product twice, even though it didn't work at all the first time. I followed instructions, let it stay for 2 hours but, NO results. The second time I let it stay for 6 hours, and guess what ? no results either.
The powder inside is just of extremely poor quality.
You might as well buy fresh henna and mix it yourself.

I have coloured my hair with the Logona Herbal Powders for nearly a year now (using a mix of henna red and golden blonde). The colours have most definitely taken and coloured all my hair incl my grey (about 30%). So I am wondering why yours hasn't. They won't take to previously chemically coloured hair. You need to wait sometime. I do use equivalent to a whole colour pack and my hair is a shortish bob. Yet the instructions say one pack for longer hair so maybe that has something to do with it. I always apply their pre colour conditioner, which effectively strips out all impurities before hand. And that definitely does work as my hair feels pretty stripped after using. Anyway these are just some thoughts but sounds like you might have written off in any event which is a shame.
