SwanS Health and Beauty have the right equipment to meet my needs in a layout that is clean and easy to work around. I was looking for somewhere to get back into a fitness regime in a gentle way where it didn't feel threatening. [name removed] (the owner) puts her customers first and aims to accommodate everyones requirements. She has 2 great instructors [names removed] who have skills in a variety of areas and run some super fitness classes. With beauty treatments and weight guidance, SwanS offer an all round service. They also hold some social events raising money for charity which makes it a great place to meet new friends. Ladies if you are looking to enjoy working out at your own pace then do what I did and visit SwanS.

This is a fantastic all women gym, just want I want. The Circuit is great in just 30 minutes or longer if you wish. Also the Arke equipment is great as it means you do not have to jog inbetween the machines, different things for different parts of your body. The staff are brilliant and help you as much as you want, so if you want to go round on your own you can & also if you want extra help you just need to ask. They now do extra classes as well and if you want to join in with these, they make everyone welcome. GREAT!!!!!!

Friendly staff that are always there to help you. The best fitness idea i have ever seen as it doesnt feel like im workout out but im loosing the inches and feel fantastic. The fittest i have been in years!!
