Fancy "state of the art" gym equipment definitely not needed! Body weight and kettle bells targets everything. All the trainers are really friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Workouts are tailored specifically to the individual and adapted if necessary. You work at your own pace but are actively encouraged, inspired and motivated to go that little bit further. We all want quick noticeable results and PB Fitness certainly hits the mark!! Each session is totally different so boredom/same routine never occurs. Brilliant friendly and fun atmosphere, everyone part of "Team PB FIT" - holding charity run events to raise money for local causes too. PB Fitness also provide nutritional/dietary advice answering any specific questions you may have and will monitor your progress. PB Fitness also holds "social" nights and regular gym "taster sessions" - something for everyone, all ages, all abilities!!
