Joining David Lloyd is one of the worst decisions of my life. I spent nearly 2000 pound and service what i got is horrible. Customer service is poor, Only efficient staff they have works in payment and sales department, in the rest of the department they don’t have either staff or short staff. Regional director Russell also takes his own sweet time to reply on complain. I strongly recommend not to use this club .. it is big no no..... they force you to do something which is you are not comfortable with and still they don’t care... beware members!!!!
