David Lloyd's marketing strategy is to make its centers look extravagant compared to standard leisure centres, that is their only selling point. Their staff members are misguided and on few occasions have provided me with wrong information regarding membership. I gave my flexible members 1 month notice a month ago when they messed up and continued to charge me even though they told me they would cancel my membership automatically after three months, now the idiots are saying my notice period will take effect from this month meaning they were planning to take another payment from my account. I cancelled my direct debit, will even take them to court if I have to.
