I have never in my life been exposed to such appalling rudeness and lack of customer service. Not only was the Children's Activity Manager one of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered, the entire experience was insulting. The service appalling and the staff rude. Who do these people think they are? I would never ever recommend David Lloyd to anyone who knows how to say please or thank you. Bullying staff, yes. Customer service NO.

Couldn't agree more! Lazy, rude, incompetent staff. Courses for the kids that occur additional costs, run by teenage staff that have been poorly trained.
