“Very poor customer service, Read the small print”

I was a regular member at the Belfast branch of the club.
Before signing the contract DLL told me that I will get 3 months free for signing the contract. However, I was billed from month 2.When I contacted DLL, I was told that contact the manager of DLL who signed the contract with me (he had left his job).
I left DLL after 3 years. Still waiting for DLL to contact me for the reasons for leaving the club.
When, I contacted voluntarly, The manager at the Belfast club was rude and ignorant
