I decided to give King Caddy a go after my old parmaker gave up the ghost (13yrs). I liked the idea of the suspension system so I ordered a Platinum buggy. The buggy was ordered and despatch promised the next day. After 2 calls and 2 weeks, I finally got the buggy, all the while my money was in there account. The buggy arrived with a bend in the chassis where the front wheel attaches resulting in a substantial tilt in the wheel. Further inspection shows that the lower bag support was attached to the frame, compensating for the misaligned frame. After many requests to get a fix or replacement, I have had enough and asked for refund. They have admitted in one email that the frame problem is very apparent to them but they still sent the unit to me and hoped, I guess that would keep and not bother them further. Fair Trading are involved now and any examination of the frame would support my dissatisfaction. Deal with them at your peril!!

From Sydney Australia I bought this Buggy, 3 weeks ago, over the internet for $1030, with Lithium battery that can last upto 36 holes, from South Austrlia, delivered within 2 days as promised. Spoke to the shop manager, he was very helpful, It can fit into very small cars as all wheels comes off. Takes 5 minutes to put it all together once you get used to it. Suspensions are a big help So far I am very happy with the buggy. Likes: Easy to put together, folds compact All wheels comes off very easily Well made, feels strong Powerfull, also easy to glide Good suspension, so less rattle for clubs Designed in Australia for Australian conditions Dislike No built in GPS Not much rain protection Cheers, Arvin
