Battery failed after 18 months very light usage (used less than twice a week and carried clubs all winter). Battery charger failed and replaced within warranty. Some sort of clutch problem on one wheel, repaired under warranty but came back with noisy motor, which was sorted. Refused to supply spares for DIY repair so had to pay carriage charges during warranty period.
On the good side GoKart arranged courier and sent a replacement trolley to use while carrying out repairs

we're normally very happy to send out parts if it's a feasible home fix. When you say 'refused' that doesn't sound our style...was it just that we knew it would need to be an in-factory repair?

Find this post very hard to believe, I have had a GoKart for 10 years with one or two minor problems over the years, but I have always found the customer service impeccable, friendly, helpful, efficient and charges reasonable. A first class company to deal with.
