We have emailed and still no response. I have left phone number etc. I understand they are busy. This is such a faulty product given as a gift for 75th Birthday. All we want is either money back or as I am reading other peoples comments not sure if any products they have to replace this Model would not have the same problems. A response from the Company would be fantastic so we do not have to write terrible reviews re service and equipment

First one that was delivered was no good, the frame bent towards the right. Front wheel could not be locked or adjusted properly to make it go straight. I could not attach the seat. The instructions ars useless and bare in detail. Sent it back, the second one did not look much better. Still can't attach seat, so it sits in laundry not being used. I dont attach any of the accessories they are useless. oh that's right I did attach the umbrella holder, but it snapped the second time I used it. Now have a Extra Hand holder bodgied into the handle by a crafty male friend. Now to top it off, the battery connection is broken so I can't use it at all. It stopped part way around a game, which I had to abandon. Previously, I would try to turn it on half way up a fairway, and it would be dead. I would have to turn it on and off several times before it would start to work again. The company I purchased this piece of gsrbage through, via Ebay stopped ansering my messages. I should have spent the money on an MGI or other quality buggy.

My trolley ceased operation 1 day out of warranty. This was after a few minor problems during the year with a wheel and the non operation of one of the remotes which they replaced.I contacted them the day after the warranty ran out by email (you cannot find any phone number)and was told by reply that a service technician has been advised of my problem and will be in contact to provide help.That was over 3 months ago. Since then I have experienced further problems with the wheels and remote.When I contaced them (by email) they said in reply they would send me a quote for the wheels and remote.this was 1 month ago and still no quote. ihad a 3rd party look at my non operational problem and have replaced the battery which appears to have fixed the problem.The wheels I have modified to prevent the drive damaging the fixing to the wheel. There is no ater sales or service help and the trolley although cheap is of poor quality and definately not worth the money. Spend a bit extra and buy a R75 MGI non remote.

THe left motor blew. THe computer reader went haywire and is jammed on ONE speed!!! FULL ON! The wheels do not go to manuel when my buggy malfunctioned and constantly came off, hence putting the wheels back on every 5 metres. You get what you pay for. I am really caught out. Absolute junk!!!! Do not buy this cheap rubbish!! PS I ony had this buggy for 10 games of golf!!!!!

This buggy has 2 x 200w motors, a powerful battery and is able to pull you and your tour bag up quite steep hills. n the handle it has a battery indicator, speed indicator + 5 modes of motion. It comes with a seat plus other accessories. All in all everything is great for under $400. The distributor is LOCATED in Australia, which made me feel a bit more secure. The problem came after 6-7 months when it stopped in the middle of the fairway without warning.I contacted the dealer in NSW. They kept telling me that they will send parts to fix. It has now been 5 weeks and they tell me it will take another 2-6 weeks. It is now in the hands of the manufacturers(in China). I no longer get replies from the dealer.

exactly write. very poor product from a company that will not back up what they promise. I have a brand new buggy that will not work. If any one wants it give me a call it may be good for parts.
