REVIEW OF JUSTIN BIEBER CONCERT AT M.E.N ARENA MANCHESTER, ON 21st FEBRUARY 2013 - NEW TOUR - BELIEVE TOUR. Cody Simpson and Carly Rae Jepson were good show openers, and they were fun! Then when Justin Bieber came on stage magic happened! Such a talented performer, sings amazing songs, and puts his heart and soul into the performance. I loved that he really cares for his fans and takes time to have a chat with audience in between songs. My daughter is huge justin bieber fan, it meant so much to her to see him in concert, and I thank him for making my daughter very happy. Now I am a Justin Bieber fan too !
