Trying to get a rug cancelled was I thought easy,when it turned up, we had to take it to the depot ourselves. Still waiting for a refund, trying to get through to them is a nightmare, keeping you holding on or putting phone down, I have now written two letters, as they still have not got this rug back since 21st July!!!! And I have a Hermes receipt for it.
My hubby is going to his solicitor, we are totally fed up with this Company and who needs all the hassle.
I will never order from them again. They tell you one thing and mean another.
If I had of known I was getting all this hassle I would not of bothered at all.
