I ordered several items from this company, one item which was sent was incorrect, so I refused delivery. Despite not having the item and the courier tracking indicating that it was refused, thus not in my possession, the company are still expecting payment at present. The responses I have received to my emails - despite starting and ending with 'thank you for your email' and 'kind regards' - have been rude, discourteous and inferred that I was dishonest, which I take particular objection to. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you wish to be 'respectfully' insulted.
