I tried to cancel an order before it arrived as I had found it cheaper elsehwere. So far five collections have been arranged. I still have the parcel and I am moving tomorrow with no prospect of it being collected. I am being charged the £40 for the item. Customer services..?? A complete waste of time. There is nothing I like about this company and would never ever order anything again.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had a problem getting your return collected. We have conversed with you on another reviewsite requesting details from you which you have provided by emailing our customer services email address.

I understand that this final collection has been arranged with our customer services team today.
