“Poor Careline service”

I have tried 8 times today to get hold of careline....8 mins 9mins 4mins 6mins need I go on.I need to know why yodel called at my house today to collect a parcel when I am WAITING for one.Come on get it all together.Yodel informed me they DEFINATELY came to collect...at least deliver me my parcel before you send someone to fetch it back.Thankyou rant over.

you know on the about us page on their facebook page they have an email address for their customer services, wont need to ring them then.
