dont use if you value credit report

I ordered a few items now and again from this company, had a couple of problems with standard of goods but was happy to receive catalogue and have a look, then i checked my credit report from experian, loads of U on account after 3 months of 0, i owe nothing and dont know why every other company continues to put 0 as no balance owing but studio decided to mark it with U. I know this isn t disastrous to rating but why put it. Never wanted credit but cant pay them up front. WONT USE AGAIN dont use any companies who report they give you credit to credit agencies, not worth it for a bit of tat. They may look cheap but can cost you a fortune in the long run even if you pay. My bill was dated 9/8 and paid 16/8 but they registered mark on my credit report and if you dont close account when you ve paid they continue to register as U on account. Just be aware, may not come into the equation for you at the moment but may in the future when you want a bank account or mortgage. CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT NOW!
