Ordered some goods and despite being retired and therefore at home most dates goods werereturned to Littlewooods as the delivery company ( Yodel) stated that no one wasat the address. Had to telephone Littlewoods to re-order goods. Once more parcel not delivered with the same reason being given. After a number of phone calls which was at my expence and which kept me waiting for a long time I finaly decovered that the parcel had been sent to an address that we had not lived at for 14years and which no longer exists. No one we contacted seemed to understand the problem and despite numerous em ails pionting out the problem and asking Littlewoods to telephone us they failed to do so. This is the first time we have had bad service from them but it would seem that if you have a problem then it is almolst impossible to get it rectified
