I am appalled with the way that I have been treated by the Littlewoods team! I am being charged £12 and have been given a default charge which will give me bad credit rates all because my payment was two days late. My payment was two days late because I pay online and there website kept logging me out every time I typed in my account details. I tried logging in numerous times the day the money was due until I got fed up and gave them a call. I was on the phone for over half an hour by that point I was sick of waiting so hung up. I tried online again but still nothing. I waited until the next day and yet again I got no further. I tried on the phone again but it was majorly busy yet once more. Later on that night I succeeded and managed to get my payment done because the website finally worked. Days later I get my statement through the post saying I have a charge! I called Littlewoods and was very angry with the way the women from accounts spoke to me! She had terrible customer service!! she said there was no way she was going to cancel the charge even though it was not my fault. This is the second month in a row that there website has been down and that I have had to spend a lot of money being on hold on the phone.I think it is terrible how I have been treated. I have never felt so disappointed with anybody. I will be taking this further and will be writing to Sandringham and will also be reporting it to watch dog.

As per our Terms and Conditions payments must be made every 28 days and the payments must reach us by the date shown on your statement. If this is not met then charges will be incurred.

We do apologise that we were having problems with our website when you tried to may your payment, however, we do have other methods of payment that can be used in cases like this.

I once returned an item and reduced my next months payment to compensate, they insisted I had defaulted and charged me $12 plus a default notice I got a default notice. your so right, they are nothing but money grabbers.
