Ordered a coat for my son. They use the dreaded Hermes for delivery, coat not delivered, courier not contactable by Lands End or Hermes, so still waiting. Items are not cheap but the delivery is appalling, take the money but do not provide goods when stated. Will never use again. Waited in for whole day for delivery that never came and Lands End can not say when the coat will arrive. Disgusted. Ordered from Uggs yesterday and it arrived today for same postage costs, so no excuse for Lands End to provide such poor service. I was not even offered fast delivery at checkout just standard, so no choice in delivery. Royal Mail would be faster and better.
