Wrote an email with a few quibbles to La Redoute this morning and within 2 hours I had received a phone call resolving these problems. The Customer Service person had carefully read my comments and took these on board in a courteous and helpful way. I was somewhat surprised having read previous comments on this independent review site, and also by the prompt and helpful service. Although you are a French Company, I think your call centre may have been in the UK North East? Excellent and very impressed.
