I attempted to register on the website and order an item, I received a confirmation email after doing so, tried to log in a day later to track my order and was told that I couldn't "due to my status". I contacted customer service (a very misleading job description)by email, and received no reply so I wasted my time and money further by calling them. I waited on the phone for ages listening to pseudo classical music only to be told I had not been accepted. In the most patronising tone humanly possible I was informed they had sent me an email, when I informed the "gentleman" on the phone that I was well aware of how to check my email and had never received one, he told me he would "look into it" and then he put the phone down on me.
Without a doubt the worst service I have ever received, if you need professional, friendly and reliable service you should probably stick with Littlewoods.
