Purchased from B&Q. Whilst having no undue starting or running problems, like other reviewers I found it had a badly designed head angle, needing to hold the thing up high - until I used a pipe bender to increase the shaft angle to increase the curve, no more back ache!
It's main failing (and this also applies to a second example given to me by it's frustrated owner) is the pull string jamming after a while. I dismantled both units to find the Heavy coil spring which transfers the pull from spool to motor ratchet bends from the 90 Degree set, so rides out of the location in the black plastic connecting piece and jams the spool.
I managed (with difficulty, using vice, hammer& expletives) to restore this angle, but the only cure was to replace both spring and connecting bit.
I emailed Homelite H.O. to see if there was a mod. USA said ask Europe, Europe did not bother to reply. My opinion, modify it's Mighty-Lite model name by replacing the 'L' with 'Sh'.
